I'll provide you with a list of lenders I trust that will help find the right financing options for your situation (or work with the one you already have). When financing, there's a pre-qualification, a pre-approval, and a full underwritten approval. A clean full-underwriter approval letter can be the difference between an offer that wins and one that gets passed over in a multi-offer.
Targeted search + tours
